Saudization Plan

The following charts below show the methodology of how Saudization is to be achieved. The percentage of Saudization will be different for different areas of GTC at any given time depending on the intensity of knowledge transfer and time required to train resources. Typically, it is assumed that the headquarter functions such as finance, sales & marketing, general administration and other leadership topics will be done majorly by Saudi nationals.

Saudization in Headquarters
Within headquarter, the GTC strategy promotes the staffing of Saudis in key positions. In Year 2 as production capacity increases, certain semi-skilled positions will be taken over from non-nationals and the additional resource hiring focused on Saudi Nationals. In Year 3 as the capacity ramps up and production is more stabilized, it is also assumed that a lot of the processes will have matured enough for handover to Saudi employees.
