Butt welding elbows are produced by extrusion pressing. The semi-finished product is rolled seamless steel tubes. Butt-welds are mainly used as part of the construction of pipelines, energy engineering and mining industry.

Steel for butt welding elbows
The elbows are made of steel, which is located above in the survey table and is divided according to purpose of use. The elbows meet the requirements of NACE MR 0175.
Heat treatment, delivery condition
The elbows produced by hot forming are available without heat treatment, annealing is included in the normalized forming.
Upon agreement the outer surface can be machined by blasting.

Dimensions are given in tables according to EN standards and in accordance with ASME standards.
